Terms of Sale

The terms contained on this page may be revised from time to time. To protect your interests, visit this page periodically to review the current terms of our policy.

Art of Heart has adopted the following terms to better service our customers:

All payments should be made by money order or check in US funds only. Sorry but we are not able to take credit cards at this time.
All sales are final.
Never send cash or COD.
State Sales taxes will be applied accordingly to the respective state laws where the item is sold and shown separately in the final confirmation of your price quote.
There will be a $35.00 fee for all returned checks.
Please note that a ten-business day clearing period is required for all payments. All funds need to be received into our bank account before any merchandise can be shipped.
Insurance is available for specific items and calculated on every sale. Please inquire directly at artofheart28@hotmail.com.
We only sell art or artistic pieces sold by either the artist him/herself or a legal representative of the artist or a legitimate owner of a piece of art.
Art of Heart reserves the right to cancel at any time any sale/supplier contract if fraud is involved.
